ADVANCED PROVISIONING ALLOWANCE
An advanced provisioning allowance or APA of 20% will be added to the cost of your charter to accommodate the purchase of food and beverages for your charter. All food and beverage receipts, elected dockage and scuba fees will be subtracted from your APA and any remaining funds will be returned at the end of your charter.

Michelle Denis is the primary private chef aboard The Lady Susan. Sheis a 2017 Certified Lifestyle and Weight Management Specialist (National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association). For the past 20 years, Michelle has been chef and mate on various charter companies. Focusing on fresh and natural foods, she can offer a healthy menu of gluten free, low sodium, low calorie and vegetarian meals if preferred.
